Tuition
An active credit or debit card is required to register or to add your child to a waitlist for any class or program at HTG. For those enrolled in one day classes/events/privates, camps, and summer sessions, your card will be charged, in full, typically on the day you register. For those enrolled in a school-year session, you will be charged, in full, on the day you register for the first month only and then you will continue to be charged automatically each month through the remainder of the session or until you notify us via email you wish to cancel.
Rejected Payments
If the credit or debit card you have on file does not process, you will automatically be notified via email to correct your payment method and pay the balance on your account. After 72 hours, if payment is rejected again, you will be charged a $25 late fee. Please email operations@hightidegym.com to discuss options if you are having difficulty making an on-time payment. HTG reserves the right to unenroll participants that have delinquent accounts.
Gym Closures
In the event of a gym closure due to inclement weather, instructor emergency, or other unforeseen closure, a notification will be sent via the HTG app, an email will be sent to the affected classes, and an update will be posted to our Facebook page. HTG does not follow school closings so please be sure to check our Facebook page for the most up to date weather related closures. An Open Gym pass will be offered in lieu of a make-up for any unscheduled gym closure.
We observe the following holidays. Exact dates vary each year.

School Year Session Payment and Cancellation
You will be charged automatically on the first business day each month through the remainder of the session or until you notify us via email you wish to cancel your enrollment. Monthly tuition varies each month depending on the number of times the class meets. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us via email or complete this form, no later than the 25th of the month prior to drop your child from the class to avoid being charged for the following month. Notifying your instructor that you will be dropping does not count as a cancellation notice, you must email us. If your cancellation request is received after the 25th of the month, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your monthly tuition. We do not prorate tuition if you wish to drop mid-month and absolutely no refunds will be processed after payments have been posted (1st of the month).
Session Make-Ups
If you miss a regularly scheduled class for any reason during our school year or summer session, you can attend any Open Gym free of charge as a make-up. Pre-registration is required for Open Gym. Email us at operations@hightidegym.com to schedule your make-up as the system will not automatically waive the fee. Note: students must be currently enrolled to schedule the make-up and utilized by the gymnast that missed class. Make-ups are only valid during the session in which they were accrued. Make-ups do NOT carry over into the next session and do NOT carry any monetary value.
Summer Session, Open Gym, and Other Refunds
No make-ups, refunds, or class credits will be offered for drop-in classes, privates, or Open Gyms, including for illness or injury, but we will happily transfer you to another class with at least 3 business days’ notice, if space is available. No make-ups, refunds, or class credits will be offered for special events. If you registered for a summer session and can no longer attend, class credit will be issued with at least 14 days’ notice prior to the session's first class. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Dress Code
A leotard or a form-fitting t-shirt and shorts/leggings, are recommended for class. No two-piece or midriff clothing allowed. While we do have AC, the gym will be warmer in the summer so please plan accordingly. Gymnasts should not wear tights, tutus, jeans, skirts, dresses, or pants with zippers, buttons, or snaps. Please help keep our gym clean by sending your student in clean clothing. No jewelry allowed, with the exception of stud earrings. You will be asked to remove all jewelry before class so it is best to keep it at home so it does not get lost in the gym. Hair must be pulled back so it is kept out of the gymnast's face. All students must have bare feet to participate in class.
Spectator Policy
We welcome parents to observe any and all classes! There is space to sit and watch class but please minimize the number of extra adults and children (not participating in class), when possible. For your safety and the safety of our athletes, we ask that all parents, siblings, and guests remain in the provided seating area away from the gymnastics area. Only students enrolled in the class are permitted beyond the waiting area. Please also refrain from using flash photography and try to keep the noise level as low as possible. We also ask that parents avoid coaching/shouting from the sidelines as this is distracting to students and instructors.
